One of the disciplines is kayaking, and last Tuesday we had the chance to head out with Martin Duffy from West Coast Kayaking and get some brilliant advise regarding technique,...

We met Martin Duffy , a class V (expert) kayaker who runs West Coast Kayaking in Co.Sligo (https://www.facebook.com/West-Coast-Kayaking) .

Kayaking seems like a very fun sport. I'd love to try it once in my lifetime. I really don't enjoy being in a body of water, because of the deep unknown that it brings.
