Berlengas:

The Berlengas Archipelago is a small group of Islands 10km of the Portuguese coast, West of the town of peniche. The area is a nature reserve, and the islands are virtually unspoiled.
Many bird species use the islands as an ideal refuge during their migration. The waters on the island are crystal clear and invite for a refreshing dip.
The islands are the perfect location for snorkelling or scuba diving.

Obidos:

Obidos is a beautiful whitewashed town located in the Oeste subregion of Portugal. The town is fully enclosed by a medieval wall. The town is each year hosts to one of the largest medieval festivals of Portugal.
The town is very popular with tourists, but arrive early and you find quiet streets and quaint village squares.

 Lisbon:

The capital of Portugal never fails to suprise our cultural senses. From the small city trams to the little fado establishments where you can listen to Fado, eat the freshest food and sip a glass of wine.
Visit the state of the art aquarium , 2nd best in the world where you can admire the many fish. Visit Sao Jorge castle and enjoy the views across the historic city.
Wander through the Alfama district during the evening and pop into one of the many restaurants.

Covento de Cristo

Founded by Gualdim Pais in 1160, this magnificent stronghold was built  to serve as a defense against the moors. Over the centuries, the many kings and grand masters of Portugal added many cloisters & chapels to this amazing Unesco World heritage site (1983).
Located in the town of Tomar in the Centro region, the Convento de Cristo is absolutly worth a visit.

Bacalhau a Bras

A popular portuguese dish with salted cod, potatoes and eggs. A very tasty meal.

Bitoque

Can be found on almost  every Portuguese menu: thinly sliced steak, fried egg, chips, rice and a side salad

Madeira Island Ultra Trail

A 115km race starting in the center of Porto Moniz, starting the first part through the night along footpaths and levadas through the central mountins to end the race in Machico.
